Donations & supply of goods
Bliss reserves the right to vary the prices of any goods or services listed without notice. Bliss reserves the right to refuse to accept any donation and to refuse to supply goods or services to any individual.
Bliss will not usually refund a donation. Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the charity. To enquire about a refund, please email our Supporter Care Team (fundraisingoperations@bliss.org.uk) or call on 020 7378 1122.
Although the Bliss website uses encryption security software in areas where online payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed. Any loss incurred or sustained by you when transmitting information by means of email or other internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by you and in no event shall any such loss in whole or in part be borne by Bliss or its agents.
Events
Bliss reserves the right to vary event entry fees and/or deposits without notice. All entries are subject to availability and Bliss reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry and/or deposit to any individual.
Entry fees and/or deposits are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances. All entry fees and/or deposits are inclusive of VAT (at 20 per cent) unless otherwise stated or where the event is subject to exemption status.
