We are delighted to be working with WaterWipes again this year.
WaterWipes were created by their founder Edward McCloskey after his new-born daughter suffered with bad nappy rash.
After an extensive search he couldn’t find a baby wipe that didn’t contain chemicals or other ingredients as these would’ve been too harsh for her sensitive skin, so he decided to make his own. Many years later and after a lot of hard work, testing, and scientific research, WaterWipes were born.
In 2021 WaterWipes is supporting Bliss by funding two essential webinars and a nappy rash e-learning module providing training for healthcare professionals looking after babies in neonatal care.
They are continuing to support the print and distribution of the Bliss baby cards as a part of our World Prematurity Day campaign, providing a free pack of cards to parents to celebrate key milestones.
In addition, they are running the Pure Foundation Fund, a bursary scheme to nominate healthcare professionals bringing new babies into the world where the winner will receive funds for use in their department, and to further support and care for parents and babies.
Waterwipes has been a long standing supporter of Bliss and has helped the charity in many different ways over the years. A big thank you to them for their continued support.
