Where else can I find support?

You can visit the Support section of our website for information. This includes information to support you looking after your baby on the unit, your mental health and also financial information and support for families.

The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) provide a search to help you find a local counsellor or therapist near you.

You may also wish to speak to staff at the hospital where your baby was born to see if they offer a counselling service.
