Bliss email support service

Our email support service is here to help parents and families of premature and sick babies. Our trained staff are here to listen to your concerns and help you find the information you need.

We understand that the experience of being on a neonatal unit can be incredibly overwhelming and stressful. If you are a parent, grandparent, relative or friend please get in touch with your query or concern.

Email us at hello@bliss.org.uk any time of the day and we'll get back to you within 3 - 5 working days with information and support to help you through your neonatal journey.
